Malden’s recreation options include: seven public parks, tennis courts, baseball/softball fields, a nine-hole public golf course and the Country Club with a private golf course and pool. Both courses host several golf tournaments. There is a fairgrounds with stage located on the Malden Industrial Park.

A modern RV parking facility is located on the Malden Industrial park and has easy access to the golf courses, tennis courts and ballfields. The RV Park has full hookups at each of its 22 sites for electric, water, and waste dumping. Call 573-276-3879 for RV Park information.

Malden is close to other recreation areas such as several public access rivers, wildlife refuges and to Wappapello Lake, an 8,400-acre lake managed by the Corps of Engineers, which offers fishing, boating, hiking, camping and rental cabins.
