The Malden Industrial Park has over 2000 acres available for industrial projects in various size sites.  The land has an elevation of approximately 289-295 feet above mean sea level.  Elevations vary very little in all directions.  The slope of large tracts of property could be estimated between approximately zero to four percent or less.  Information published by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) indicates that the land is located in Zone X, defined as areas determined to be outside the 500-year flood plain.

If Malden's existing infrastructure items are not adequate, grants are possible for infrastructure improvements/extensions (highway, rail and utilities) from the Economic Development Administration (Federal) and the Missouri Department of Economic Development (State).

The City of Malden/Malden Airport already owns all the acreage and the right-of-ways that we would offer to a company.  A Company would not have to go through any long process to acquire right-of-ways.

HANGAR #162: Large hangar (100’ x 125’) with ramp access.  Sliding doors of 24’ height on ramp side and loading dock on North side.
AIRCRAFT STORAGE: Hangar stalls for private aircraft.
HANGAR #169:  Concrete block hangar of 12,500 sq’ with various offices and electric bi-fold door of 55’ width.
OFFICE SPACE: Located close to Industrial Park entrance & the Malden Country Club.  Contains over 1,900 sq’ with various size rooms, restrooms, central heat/air, and ample parking.  MO CDL Test Site in same building—separate entrances.

MANUFACTURING FACILITY #354:  Portion of metal building measuring approximately 7,200 sq’, two restrooms, 8’x8’ overhead door, and joint use of exterior, raised loading dock.
