The Malden Industrial Park has existing structures available for rental at favorable rates.

#1026 Office Space: Located close to the Industrial Park entrance and the Malden Country Club. Two different areas with various size rooms, restrooms, central heat/air and ample parking. One area with approximately 1,900 sq. ft. and the other with approximately 1,400 sq. ft.. MO CDL Test Site is located in the same building which has separate entrances.

Large Manufacturing Facility: Situated on a fenced area of 12+ acres with 350+ parking spots. 90,000+ sq. ft. offices and production areas. Plenty of loading docks and ample electrical feeds. Accessible from the aviation ramp.

#406 Light Manufacturing Facility: Contains over 14,000 sq. ft. with various size rooms, 2 restroom facilities, ample office areas, central heat/air, loading dock, 120/240 3-phase electric. Ceiling heights vary from 8 ft. to 12 ft. 6 inches.

#252 Flight Line Building: Offices and larger area for light assembly or classroom — no hangar area. 4,500 sq. ft. building located with access to the aviation ramp.

#354 Light Manufacturing Facility: Portion of a metal building measuring approximately 7,200 sq. ft., two restrooms, 8 ft. x 8 ft. overhead door, and joint use of an exterior, raised loading dock.

#424 Light Manufacturing Facility: 2,500 sq. ft. building of wood construction. Suitable for light assembly or storage.

Residential Housing

The Malden Industrial Park has 20 houses available for rent. Even when a house is not vacant, applications are taken at all times for a waiting list. Applicants must keep the application up-to-date to stay on the waiting list. Credit references and previous landlord references are checked. No pets allowed.

Land Available: The Industrial Park has over 2,000 acres of land available, in various size sites, for industrial projects. The land has an elevation of approximately 289-295 feet above mean sea level. The slope of large tracts of property could be estimated between approximately zero to four percent or less. Information published by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) indicates that the land is located in Zone X, defined as areas determined to be outside the 500-year flood plain.
